Welcome to Maven. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Maven. Maven operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services offered to you in order to provide a curated shopping experience (collectively, the “Services”).

Maven is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Maven reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, or other legitimate business reasons.

Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello.mavengoods@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations after processing or fulfillment has begun.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, any amount owed to you will be refunded to the original payment method.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Products purchased from Maven are intended for lawful personal or household use unless otherwise expressly stated.

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.

The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of genuine pricing or listing errors where permitted by applicable law.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, displayed product prices do not include applicable taxes or optional expedited shipping charges.

Maven may offer free standard U.S. shipping in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Any applicable taxes, upgraded shipping charges, or other charges will be displayed during checkout before your purchase is completed.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing and payment information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your order.

Shipping and delivery times provided by Maven are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise and are not guaranteed.

Orders generally require processing before shipment. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or circumstances outside Maven’s reasonable control.

Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled and delivered in separate packages or at different times.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

If you discover an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address or order can be modified after fulfillment has begun.

Shipping, tracking, delayed shipments, lost packages, damaged shipments, multiple shipments, and related matters are further governed by our Shipping Policy.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, damaged products, incorrect products, and other return-related matters are governed by Maven’s Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must contact Maven before returning an item.

Do not return an item to an address appearing on the original shipping package unless Maven specifically instructs you to do so.

Because orders may be processed through different fulfillment locations, the appropriate authorized return address may differ from the original shipping location.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or eligible for a refund, subject to applicable law.

Maven is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Maven.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Maven, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Maven, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
